Add cookie exceptions

To create Visual experiences, you must update your browser settings to allow third-party cookies.

Chrome 55.0

Before making any changes locally, it is recommended that you first check any cookie settings that might have been applied globally by your System Administrator.

To do this, enter chrome://settings/content in the address bar and check whether the setting Block third-party cookies and site data has been applied globally as shown in the following screenshot:

In this situation, you can either ask your System Administrator to ensure that third-party cookies are unblocked globally or add cookie exceptions locally by following these steps:

  1. Copy and paste the following into the address bar:
chrome://settings/contentExceptions#cookies
  1. Enter the following values into Hostname pattern:
[*.]app.qubit.com
[*.]account.qubitproducts.com
[*.]goqubit.net
  1. Ensure Behaviour is set to Allow
  2. Select Finished

Firefox 50.1.0

  1. Select the menu button and select Preferences

Alternatively, copy and paste the following into the address bar:

about:preferences
  1. Select the Privacy panel
  2. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history
  3. Select Exceptions...

  4. Enter the following values into Address of web site:
app.qubit.com
account.qubitproducts.com
goqubit.net
